Governance of the AMPIRIC cluster
The governance model of the AMPIRIC cluster meets 4 main challenges:
- The integration of the cluster in the partners' strategies, ensured by the Partners' Council (CoPar) and their representation in the Scientific and Educational Orientation Council (COSP).
- The scientific and pedagogical relevance of the decisions made by the COSP in conjunction with the Monitoring and Evaluation Council (CSE), with a requirement for transparency, impartiality and international openness.
- Taking into account the realities of the field through a strong involvement of all the stakeholders of the project, especially in the operational groups (GO).
- The reactivity of the decisions ensured by tightened authorities but opened to the experts and/or actors involved.
